Let go of stress and step into the season grounded, present, and whole.

The holiday season can be joyful—but it can also leave us running on fumes. This season, give yourself the gift of slowing down, replenishing your energy, and coming home to your center.

Join The Retreat Ladies for an empowering evening designed to help you slow down, release stress, and restore balance so you can move through the holidays with greater ease, presence, and vitality.

During this nourishing mini-retreat, you’ll experience:

QiGong – gentle, flowing movement rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine to harmonize energy, build your chi storehouse, and bring the body into balance.

Psoas Release Yoga – a yoga therapy practice that supports the body’s natural ability to release stress, fear, and trauma stored deep in the core.

Yoga Nidra Meditation – a guided yogic sleep practice that invites stillness, deep restoration, and nervous system healing.

Crystal Bowl Sound Healing – soothing vibrations to calm the mind, open the heart, and help integrate the practice.

Connection - We’ll end our time together with girlfriend connection, snacks, and refreshments.

This class is tailored for women seeking holistic healing and rejuvenation—especially during the stress of the holiday season.
