Bringing the Woodland Heights' Community together for a Fun Family Friendly Outdoor Market! Music, Food, and Activities for All Ages.. Face Painting, Games and Crafts! We'll have talented local RVA Artisans selling handmade home décor, art, jewelry, ceramics, apparel, bath & body, woodworking and so much more! Come with the whole family.. Furry Friends & All! FREE EVENT! Donations benefit Woodland Heights Baptist Church's Food Bank. Outdoor Event.

APPLY NOW: If you would like to be considered for vending at this event read everything carefully and fill out the application below. Please keep in mind, this is a curated market with limited space. Please APPLY ONLY ONCE.

EVENT INFO:
- This event will be held OUTDOORS on Sundays from 12:00PM  to 5:00PM.
- Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' feet. Bring your own tent and table. Tables to remain staffed at all times.
- There are bathrooms inside the church.
- No power hook up available.
- Additional load-in information will be given upon acceptance. If accepted, you will receive an email from the Artisan Events organizer with vendor fee payment details.
- Once selected, the event host will contact you the day prior to each event with a map of the venue and your spot number. If you do not receive the vendor map a day prior, please email scottsadditionmarket@gmail.com to confirm your participation.
- You may NOT use the Main Line Brewery parking lot for Load-in and Load-out. PLEASE BRING A DOLLY, or anything to help with loading in and out from your street parking.
- All trash is to be taken with you and all vendor equipment must be out of the venue no later than 6:00pm.
- Rain or Shine event, NO REFUNDS.
- All vendors must provide weights heavy enough to hold down their tent. Tents without weights are not permitted to set up.
- Organizer reserves the right to expel anyone for any reason.
- Space assignments are final, but may be changed the day of by the organizer.

BREAKDOWN: 5:00PM - 6:00PM

VENDOR FEE: $60/Event. Payment for events are due 2 weeks after acceptance. There are NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS or cancelations. Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NOT TRANSFERABLE FOR ANY REASON. This includes weather and other issues outside of our control. Once you pay, you will not receive a refund for any reason.

CANCELLATIONS: We do close if there are dangerous weather conditions such as excessive snow or State of Emergency.  Consult our Facebook and Instagram page for updates. You are responsible for canceling if you are not comfortable with the weather forecast. We ask that you give us AT LEAST 1 WEEK NOTICE. This gives us time to extend the opportunity to another maker! Anyone cancelling later than 1 week prior to the event must forfeit the full vendor fee and honor the work that organizers have done to promote your business and this event.

BRING YOUR OWN: 10ft x 10ft Tent (Max), Weights, Table, chairs, cash, change, card readers, mobile device chargers, special lighting, packaging, bags, decorations, table cloths, displays and anything you will need to be successful at this event.
