We will be celebrating and meditating on the full moon, a time of heightened energy and emotion. Come join us in circle as we as we share and release to prepare for the waning moon. We recommend wearing comfy clothes, bringing a pen & journal, water bottle, and anything that will make you comfortable as we dive deep (pillow, blanket, yoga mat) We can’t wait to see you all in circle!
