What’s Happening?

Join Great Barrington Land Conservancy on Sunday, October 4th 10am-1pm for the 2nd Annual GBLC Walk for Conservation! Folks can pre-register or sign up on the day of the event. Donations are optional. The walk begins and ends at Olympian Meadows located at 578 Main Street. Participants will receive route maps, Walk for Conservation bracelets and a GBLC water bottle.
Three route options make The Walk a great fit for all. The 1-mile Riverfront Trail route is completely accessible, great for strollers and other wheeled devices. The 2-Mile Riverfront/River Walk Loop travels along the Housatonic River and includes neighborhoods and Main Street. The 5-Mile Lake Mansfield Loop traverses the riverside walks, follows Main Street north, and includes the Lake Mansfield Conservation Forest Trail, the new Lakeside Trail, and nearby neighborhoods. Each route provides many opportunities to connect with water and nature.
Go to www.gbland.org for complete information.
