In partnership with Nelson Mandela Elementary School, Minne Lusa and Miller Park Neighborhood Associations and other community partners, we’re excited to the third annual summer of Music at Miller Park! This FREE community-sponsored outdoor summer concert series takes place at the Miller Park Pavilion (2707 Redick Ave).

About the events: 

  • All concerts are free, no ticket required
  • Bring blankets, chairs, sunscreen, bug spray, food, drinks (including beer and wine*) and leashed pets!
  • Shows will go on rain or shine

*No hard liquor, please!

Reggae in the Park

with Rhythm Collective

Start your summer with free reggae in the park during Music at Miller Park! Rhythm Collective is the recipient of multiple Omaha Entertainment Awards. The band performs original reggae, jazz, funk and calypso tunes, standard island tunes of Bob Marley and Jimmy Cliff’s, as well as American Classic rock in reggae and big brass styles. Rhythm Collective is the Omaha area’s only Caribbean voice, formed around the singer-songwriter talents of Joseph Mitchell, with Frank Fong on bass, Brent Vignery on drums, and guitarists John Green and Joe Hall. 

Enjoli & Timeless

Omaha-based R&B/Soul band Enjoli & Timeless open Music at Miller Park! Humbly labeled by her fans as "The Voice of the Streets, Enjoli and her sultry vocals quickly rose to recognition after the release of her debut album called “Set The Mood” in 2013. After releasing her hit single “Thinking,” in 2017 Enjoli formed her R&B/Soul band, Timeless.

Kathy Tyree, Ananias Montague and Friends

Soak in the irresistible music of Kathy Tyree, Ananias Montague & Friends at the free Music at Miller Park Series! Kathy Tyree has been performing for 45 years and has been given the title of “Omaha’s Own Queen of Soul. Ananias is a powerhouse music director, singer, songwriter, instructor and author. Together, it’ll be a perfect summer concert filled with a mix of R&B, soul, pop, rock, musical theatre, and a sprinkle of gospel.

Miller Park is in an Omaha area with a rich history of jazz, soul and R&B music dating back to the 1920s. Some may remember the performances of legendary musicians such as Louis Armstrong, Ray Charles and Duke Ellington along North 24th Street. We’re pleased to bring this concert series to the Omaha community, and we encourage families to come out and enjoy a summer evening immersed in incredible live music and vibrant culture!
