Yoga Other Health & Fitness Mental Health Workshop Special Item Healthy

What’s Happening?

Are you Ayurveda curious?

Does your nutrition, movement, and wellness routine need a tune-up?

Would you like to learn with a practitioner with over a decade of experience using the system of Ayurveda to help people with health and wellbeing?

This workshop is for you!

Students and teachers of yoga are encouraged to come learn about Yoga's sister science, Ayurveda with Debbie Andersen. You'll learn about Doshas, your unique blueprint, and how you can use this information to help you road map nutrition, exercise, and wellness practices that are unique to your own personal constitution.

This is an ancient and effective practice that is not intended to replace western medical advice, but rather a naturopathic supplement that offer an increased holistic approach and lens that enhances optimal living.

Teachers of yogas are also encourage to sign up to expand their knowledge of Yoga's sister science, and offer more depth when considering holistic wellbeing.
