Black Bear Wilderness Adventure with Lake Life

What’s Happening?

Come hike this incredible natural resource with our guide Aaron. Aaron is an expert guide and hikes trails across Central Florida every week. He is skilled at spotting wildlife and leads a fun adventure. He also removes trash at EVERY SINGLE HIKE he goes on. Please bring a net bag if you'd like to share the load.

You may see deer, wild pigs, racoons, alligators, turkey, aquatic birds, wildflowers and more. Our hike will take us alongside the St. John's river where we will have beautiful views and possibly see a manatee or two. This hike is wonderful for photographing nature.

This is not a beginner hike. It is important to be fit and ready to walk for 3 hours. We will take rests and water breaks.

You MUST wear closed toed shoes with good tread. We will most likely encounter small snakes on the trail. Aaron is an expert at spotting these and other wildlife. He will move them off the trail and you will be safe, but good foot protection is a must.

Please bring a small back pack with water (preferably a reusable water bottle) and snacks if you think you may get hungry.

This is an amazing hike. So many times, people ask where to go for a "real Florida" experience and this is it! It is always safer to go with an experienced guide when you are in a new environment and we are excited to offer this new hiking adventure.
