French-Korean concert pianist and The Gurwitz 2020 International Piano Competition Silver medalist Yedam Kim returns to San Antonio to perform with the Gwangju Symphony Orchestra directed by Seokwon Hong, all the way from South Korea.

Presented by Musical Bridges Around the World, this UNITYFest event is a partnership between the Sister Cities of San Antonio, TX, USA and Gwangju, South Korea in celebration of 40th anniversary of the Sister City partnership. Generous support comes from the City of San Antonio Global Engagement Office, City of San Antonio Department of Arts & Culture, Gwangju Metropolitan City, Gwangju Symphony Orchestra, OCI Solar Power, Mission Solar Energy, Pasha Mediterranean Grill, DASHI Sichuan Kitchen + Bar, JLen Events, Radius Center, and Digital Pro Lab. UNITYFest 2023 is also sponsored in part by the National Endowment for the Arts, and partnered with FASTSIGNS Northeast San Antonio.

UNITYFest is a free annual festival creating meaningful connections through cross-cultural collaborations and celebrating our common humanity.
