Join Certified Teachers Dale & Kristen Johnson for this 8-session course to experience how bringing our attention inward brings us to a deep awareness of the calm of compassion that is always there, but gets drowned out by the busyness of the mind.
Dale and Kristen are teachers of various spiritual practices that cultivate Divine Union. We follow our teacher to the mountaintop to 'come away for awhile and find rest for our souls.' Lessons will be a combination of "why practice," "how to practice" and "let's practice." The practice is the real teacher. Join us to breathe in a Higher Power, breath out and Let Go.

Session 3: Our Storytelling Minds
Session 4: Cultivating Kindness
