What’s Happening?

Focused longer hold stretching with a variety of props allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body.

Soothe the body and de-stress your mind to unwind.

An accessible class that everyone needs – athletes, advanced practitioners, weekend warriors, first time yoga students and everyone in between.

Let's invite in healing and peace for a good cause!

How to find us: 933 Louise Ave
