What’s Happening?

The intention of the Embrace Your Hormones workshop is to empower you with knowledge on how to embrace hormonal fluctuations and better support them with food, lifestyle shifts, and self-compassion throughout the month so you can thrive physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Learning objectives for this enlightening 90-minute workshop are:

- Understand hormone shifts that occur during menstrual cycle 
- How to support each phase of your cycle 
- Learn the influence of the moon on your cycle
- Build mindful awareness of signs and symptoms that could mean imbalance
- Learn self-compassion techniques to help soften discomfort and negative thoughts
- Ayurvedic self-care for your cycle 

The main facilitator for this workshop is Jen Massman, certified Integrative Health Practitioner and AADP recognized holistic health coach. Jen’s simplified, integrative and Ayurvedic approach to women’s wellness is centered around listening to your body’s signals and cues to rebalance and feel at home in mind, body, and spirit. Cyndi Collen, LCSW-S espouses mindfulness and a non-judgmental approach to well-being and will facilitate the self-compassion portion of the workshop.
