More about Youth Empowerment through Arts and Humanities (YEAH!)
YEAH! offers young people ages 6-17 summer, afterschool and weekend music programs. These develop their talents and build a community that values social responsibility, self-esteem and collaboration over competition. Students of all levels gain instrument proficiency (currently bass, drums, guitar, keyboard and vocals), work together as a band, learn songs, write original music, attend related workshops and culminate each program with a performance in a public showcase at a local music venue. The organization’s staff, board members, instructors and volunteers believe that youth are inherently powerful, capable, and creative. Thank you for supporting YEAH! and empowering young people to grow into proactive community leaders.
