Visualization

What’s Happening?

Saturday, 8.20
10-11:30 am
Facilitator: Elise Kindya

Visualization is a powerful self-care technique used to increase feelings of peace, success, confidence, and fulfillment. Research shows that simply leading the mind through the completion of an activity is as powerful as taking physical action and improves performance of the action that was visualized.

Using visualization can help to increase feelings of success by simply using your imagination. This in turn makes taking action feel easier, because you’ve already envisioned yourself engaging in a desired activity. Building confidence toward your ability to create your future is a result many people feel when participating in visualization.

Join us for this experiential class where you will be led on a guided visualization toward embracing joy, and completing a task you really want to accomplish. Bring a journal, pen, and wear comfortable clothes. You might also want to set up a meditation cushion or yoga mat for the experiential piece of this workshop.

What You’ll Take Away
- Knowledge of how to practice visualization
- Renewed confidence and energy around an important goal in your life
- The experience of visualization in class to reflect upon for your own self discovery later
You will receive the Zoom link after registration.
Please check your junk/spam folder for your receipt for this event.
