Workplace Stability Lunch & Learn

Lunch Workshop

What’s Happening?

Lincoln is fortunate to have a low unemployment rate but with that brings difficulty hiring and retaining good employees. Individuals who are living in economic instability are seeking these full time, entry-level positions but employers often find that these employees have instability outside of work that impacts the workplace.

Join us for lunch and learn how to reduce turnover in entry-level positions. Clover Frederick is a certified Bridges Out of Poverty trainer with a special certification in Workplace Stability. The Workforce Stability training is available at no charge to companies and nonprofits thanks to The Food Bank of Lincoln. Lunch will be provided.
