Triathlon Swimming Special & Fun Runs Running Other Health & Fitness Cycling

What’s Happening?

The 5th Annual YMCA Youth Triathlon will start and end at the Fallbrook Y, with the race route throughout the Fallbrook neighborhood. The race consists of a swim, bike, and run with designated starting times and distances based on age (open to kids ages 5 and up). All skill levels are encouraged to participate in this fun, untimed event. Plus, every participant will receive a t-shirt as part of their $20 registration fee. 

Ages 5-7 | 10:30am start
25 yard swim, 1 mile bike, 0.25 mile run

Ages 8-10 | 10:00am start
50 yard swim, 2 mile bike, 0.5 mile run

Ages 11-13 | 9:30am start
100 yard swim, 2 mile bike, 1 mile run

Ages 14+ | 9:00am start
150 yard swim, 4 mile bike, 1 mile run

Proceeds from the event will go to the YMCA Annual Campaign-Strong Kids, which ensures everyone, regardless of age, income or background has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive at the Y.
