What’s Happening?

The focus in yoga is often on the poses themselves, but how we get into and out of them is equally important. 


This Transitions Workshop led by guest instructor, renowned Ashtangi, Dean Hollingsworth,will teach you step-by-step how to focus on the muscle development, flexibility and breathing techniques needed to begin to learn how to vinyasa in and out of poses.

Transitions covered in this workshop will be:
- Jumping through to a seated position from downward facing dog
- Jumping back out of crow into to Chaturanga
- Lifting up into an arm balance from chair pose
- Lifting up into an arm balance from warrior pose
- Jumping into and out of arm balances 
- Lifting up and Floating back from lotus posture to Chaturanga.
