What’s Happening?

Did you take ballet when younger? As an adult, have you spent way too much time away from dance because you couldn’t find an adult class with ballet, jazz, and contemporary choreography that inspired and challenged you while NOT BEING INTIMIDATING? If so, The Dancer's Workout® (TDW) is for you!

Featured by both Dance Magazine and Good Housekeeping, these one-hour classes (available both virtually and in-person) were created to help adult former dancers, current dancers, and dance instructors achieve their daily fitness goals through dance. Designed for adults with prior ballet training (no matter how long ago), each class includes careful warm-up and stretching, an exhilarating dance cardio segment using ballet, jazz, and contemporary choreography, and top-shelf toning exercises for your abs, arms, glutes, and legs. Classes are offered weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, in the Raleigh/Durham area. Pre-register for your FREE FIRST CLASS at www.thedancersworkout.com.

The Dancer's Workout® was designed by UNC School of the Arts classical ballet graduate, Jules Szabo, to be both a daily fitness option for current dancers/dance instructors and an emotionally and physically safe path back to dance for former dancers. Featured by Dance Magazine and Good Housekeeping as one of the best available online dance programs, The Dancer's Workout® offers live virtual classes via Zoom, online pre-recorded classes, and in-person classes.
